Meet the Artist: Antonietta Positano
Antonietta was born and raised in Italy, where she developed a deep connection to Mediterranean visual storytelling. Her art is known for its emotional depth and play of light and shadow.
For this project, she blended her Italian roots with the Mexican tradition of Día de los Muertos, creating a design that honors memory, family, and the beauty of shared humanity.
When asked about her reaction to the project, Antonietta admits, “I immediately felt the weight of fear. It was an important and complex project… yet that fear turned into a driving force.”
